This is a luxurious first line beach apartment, on the ground floor. With a terrace from 100 square meters you will have an excellent view on the beach. The gated complex has a lovely swimming pool, tennis courts, garden area and your own underground parking space.
It also offers you direct access to the beach and coastal boardwalk.
This apartment is child friendly, there are huge master bedrooms with two twin beds.
And a twin bedroom with two single beds and two bathrooms.
There is also an extra spare bed, children cot and baby chair.

This apartment is all about the brilliant location (right on the seafront) and the enormous terrace from which to enjoy it. You're just a few minutes' stroll along the promenade to the centre of La Cala.
Inside there's a nice lounge and kitchen, and the large master bedroom (two double beds) has an en-suite. The second bedroom (two singles) has a separate shower room.
Both bathrooms would benefit from a deep clean (eg the grouting and sealant are grubby in places, likely due in part to the lack of any ventilation) and the two-hour limit on the aircon is a nuisance. However, any downsides are more than made up for by the outside area and view, and there are very few places in the area that can match it.
Wonderful location with a seafront view, yet lots of privacy on the patio. La Cala de Mijas is a nice little area with the amenities you would want. There is a nice little boardwalk that continues along the seafront for at least a couple miles or more. There is also convenient bus service to Malaga, Fuengirola, and Marbella.
