This charming independent villa with 5 bedrooms (8 beds) is ideally located in the quiet urbanisation of Dona Pilar, halfway between the town of Fuengirola and the beaches and the beautiful town of Mijas Pueblo. Both are easily accessible by bus or car in 10 minutes. Bus stops are a couple of minutes' walk from the end of the street. Amenities, restaurants and shops are located nearby. The Lew Hoad tennis centre is a short walk away. Malaga airport is just 15-20 minutes by car.

The pool level apartment has 1 double bedroom and 2 individual bedrooms of 2x2. All bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom.
The spacious living room has a television with sofa and chairs.
There is a small kitchen area with facilities similar to apartment 1, with a kitchen bar facing the pool and a dining area with stools.
The total interior area of the property is 250 square metres.

The terraces provide an ideal viewpoint to enjoy a coffee at dawn or a glass of wine in the afternoon while the sun sets. There is plenty of outdoor space and the property benefits from not being surrounded, which makes it a perfect place to relax and enjoy outdoor facilities, including an 8x4m pool, sun loungers, dining facilities, barbecue, contemporary furniture on the upper terrace (with parasol) and games.
