The well-equipped kitchen provides everything you need for a comfortable stay, whether you're preparing a quick breakfast or a family meal.

Both bedrooms are generously sized, each with access to the private outdoor terrace for additional relaxation. The apartment also features two large bathrooms, both with bathtubs and overhead showers, ideal for unwinding after a day exploring the Costa del Sol or playing a round of golf!

The property is personally inspected and managed by Pass the Keys®, a professional short-let property management company.

Offering a hotel-like experience, Pass the Keys has an industry-leading high cleaning standard. All properties benefit from having hotel-grade linens and all the home comforts you probably expect (like shampoo, soap, hair dryer, iron etc.).

If you do need some assistance before or during your stay, the property manager is local to the property and the guest support team is available 24/7. We look forward to welcoming you!

Please note that there are a few steps to access this property. There is no lift.

Check-in to this property is via an electronic lock, from 3pm.

Check-out time is 11am. A €50 charge will be requested if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule.

Pool/beach towels are available to rent upon request. An additional charge applies.

A baby travel cot is available at the property (cot linen is not included). A high chair is not available at the property, but may be requested at the time of booking. An additional charge applies.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
