  • Access via a private gated entrance to a Spacious ground floor apartment with an open plan lounge leading to kitchen dining area with a glass dining table and recently fitted kitchen. Two bedrooms; master bedroom with en-suite shower room and second bedroom which is set up with 2 single beds. Further shower room. Both bathrooms have been recently upgraded so are fresh and lovely to use. Modern furniture Throughout. Huge outside terrace with dining table and 4 loungers, has gate and gets both sun and plenty of shade. Access to communal pool with spectacular views down to the sea. Loungers available. WiFi, iptv TV, heating/Air con, washing machine, fridge/freezer, electric oven and dishwater all available. On street car parking or private secure garage space available. Short uphill walk to village with all its amenities.
