The Accommodation

The hallway leads to the spacious, cosy, and elegantly decorated living room, featuring a large
comfortable sofa and a smart TV. To the left is the
KITCHEN, which is very well-equipped and open to the dining area, offering views of the terrace and direct access to it. Thanks to the floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors, natural light floods the entire room, accompanied by a pleasant sea breeze.
The spacious living area opens onto a large TERRACE with a seating area and a
dining table, so you can enjoy nature to the fullest.
The two bedrooms are a wonderful oasis away from the outside world, each one
equipped with built-in closets, blinds, individually controlled air conditioning,
and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet, and hair dryer. A set of toiletries is provided for each guest.
The apartment is located in a gated community with a concierge and 24-hour security.
In the centre is the large INFINITY POOL, which takes on a magical glow at night, surrounded by a beautifully maintained GARDEN with palm trees and tropical plants. In addition, there is a spa with a heated indoor pool featuring a jet shower and jacuzzi area, a Turkish bath, and a sauna. It’s ideal for rounding out your workout at the fully equipped gym. For those who want more than just playing golf, there’s an INDOOR GOLF SIMULATOR. Of course, there’s a parking space in the underground garage for your car (recommended) directly below the apartment.

beach bars; it’s 15 minutes from Marbella, 20 minutes from Puerto Banús, and 25 minutes
from the Málaga airport. It’s also the ideal starting point for exploring
Andalusia and the Costa del Sol, with day trips available to Seville or Córdoba,
