Recently incorporated for Summer 2023, we are pleased to offer this sea view apartment on the 2nd floor of Colinas Del Faro. The property consists of a living/dining area that leads to a balcony with sea views. There is a double bedroom, a bathroom with bath/shower and a fully equipped kitchen including a washing machine. There is a double sofa bed in the living room to accommodate up to 4 people. Free WiFi and television available. In front of the apartment there is a large communal swimming pool with plenty of lawn area to enjoy. The pool is open during the summer months from June to September. The Colinas De Faro restaurant is a short walk away and there is also a shortcut to the beach at the end of the street. A perfectly peaceful location for everyone to enjoy, close to the main bus route to La Cala De Mijas and Fuengirola.

Wonderful apartment with beautiful views

I loved the views from the apartment and the easy street parking availability. The apartment has everything you need (oven, washing machine, spacious balcony). The check in and check out was super easy thanks to the method they use on this apartment. Great for late arrivals and early departure like ours. 5 stars!
