Summary:

Welcome to Casa Banderas and this modern, newly built apartment in La Cala de Mijas, ideally located between Fuengirola and Marbella. The apartment offers a bright and stylish interior with an open-plan living space, a fully equipped kitchen, and comfortable bedrooms designed for a relaxing stay. Large windows fill the space with natural light and lead out to a private terrace, perfect for enjoying the warm Costa del Sol climate.



The complex features excellent facilities, including a beautiful pool area, gym, playground, and a private paddle court with panoramic glass. The apartment also includes one private parking space for your convenience.



The Space:

As you step into the apartment, you’re welcomed by a bright and open-plan living space, where the living room and fully equipped kitchen come together seamlessly. The kitchen includes everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and all essentials for cooking at home.



From the living area, you have direct access to a private and spacious terrace featuring a lounge area for up to six people. From here, you can enjoy views of the pool area, La Cala, the Mijas mountains, and the sea. The south-east orientation provides beautiful morning light and sunshine throughout the day in summer, with sunsets behind the Mijas mountains.



The apartment offers three bedrooms. The master bedroom features a large double bed, direct access to the terrace, and an en-suite bathroom. The two additional bedrooms each have two single beds, which can be combined into double beds if preferred. There is also a second bathroom with a shower.



For added comfort, the apartment is fully equipped with air conditioning in all rooms, a Smart TV, high-speed WiFi, a dishwasher, a washing machine, and two private parking spaces.



We would like to inform you about ongoing construction activities in the approximate area of Casa Banderas. Please note that the view and terraces, including the pool area on the opposite side of the complex, remain unaffected.



The cleaning fee includes one set of towels and linen per person.

To make your arrival more comfortable, we provide a small courtesy set with essentials like shampoo and cleaning products. It’s just a small starter package to help you settle in, but you’re welcome to stock up on anything else you might need during your stay!

Casa Banderas is located in a peaceful and modern residential area just above La Cala de Mijas, offering a perfect balance between tranquility and convenience. The neighborhood is well-maintained, with newly built complexes, landscaped surroundings, and a relaxed atmosphere that makes it ideal for both holidaymakers and longer stays.



Within a short distance, you’ll find supermarkets such as LIDL, as well as cafés, restaurants, and everyday services. The center of La Cala de Mijas is 1.5 km away, where you can enjoy a lively yet charming coastal town with a wide selection of dining options, shops, and a beautiful promenade along the beach.



The area is also well connected, with easy access to the A-7 coastal road, making it simple to reach nearby destinations like Fuengirola and Marbella. For those who enjoy outdoor activities, there are several golf courses, walking paths, and beaches close by.
