It is located in a beautiful residential area close to everything. The property has very well maintained gardens and a communal swimming pool. The beach, restaurants, supermarkets… All amenities are within walking distance. Holiday apartment which includes 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.
It has an equipped kitchen, a living room, a large south-facing terrace with a view of the sea. The first bedroom has a double bed, the other bedroom has 2 single beds and a bathroom with a shower Italian style.
And for sports enthusiasts, a club offering numerous tennis and paddle courts is less than 50 meters away!
