Stunning sea-view apartment located on a hillside in Cala de Mijas, within walking distance of the town center and the beach, and close to three golf courses. Just a short drive from Marbella and only 25 minutes from the airport.

Situated in a secure complex with 24-hour concierge service, the residence offers three outdoor swimming pools, an heated indoor relaxing pool, a sauna, a fully equipped gym, a BBQ-area, a society club, a padel court, and a children’s playground.

The spacious apartment features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a generous living room and entrance hall with an open-plan kitchen, and a terrace with breathtaking sea views. It also includes a private garden, adjacent to one of the pools, which is safely enclosed for children's safety.

Towels and bed linnen are at your disposal, as well as a yoga-mat and board games.
