Welcome to Casa Montelado, a villa nestled in the prestigious neighborhood of Las Lomas de Mijas in the picturesque village of Mijas, overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. This villa has been beautifully redecorated and refurnished, offering an idyllic setting for a truly relaxing holiday. It is thoughtfully designed to cater to families, ensuring comfort and enjoyment. The villa spans 400 m² over two levels on a 1,000 m² plot. The renowned Mijas Pueblo is just a 5-minute drive or a 25-minute walk away. The beach, golf club, and many attractions are also a short drive away. The spacious entrance leads to the living and dining rooms, each with a terrace. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and washing machine. The villa features four bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and en-suite bathrooms. Two bedrooms have direct access to a large terrace with stunning coastline views.



Amenities include a cot, high chair, golf clubs, BBQ, books, board games, table tennis, Wi-Fi, Smart TV with cable, beach and pool towels, modern air conditioning and security systems, sunbeds, parasols, and a lovely pool surrounded by landscaped gardens. The pool can be heated for an extra fee. There is ample parking in the garage and on the gated driveway. Pets, smoking, and loud events are not permitted. Access to the villa involves steps either down to the front door or up from the garage to the living area. An Unforgettable Stay with plenty of space and pool

We just spent an amazing week at this incredible house, and it exceeded all of our expectations! The house was spacious, beautifully designed, and had everything we could possibly need for a relaxing vacation. Each of the three bedrooms had its own bathroom, making it perfect for our group—no one ever had to wait, and everyone had their privacy and a spare on the first floor just in case. The kitchen was a dream! It had plenty of space for us to cook together, and the Nespresso machine (Vertuo pods!) was such a treat—every morning started with delicious coffee. The living room and dining room were cozy yet elegant, offering the perfect spaces to relax and enjoy meals together.The outdoor spaces were where this home truly shone. The table overlooking the sea and pool was a favorite spot for breakfasts and evening drinks. The balcony outside the master and second bedrooms offered breathtaking views down to the sea—watching the sunrise and sunset from there was absolutely magical.The pool area was pristine and a great way to cool off after a workout as we stayed over the Christmas holiday. You can get it heated too if you want or would be great to cool off on a hot day. Everything was well maintained, and the host clearly cares about making this a five-star experience for guests. Check in and out was super easy too. If you’re looking for a rental that combines luxury, comfort, and stunning views, this is it. Highly recommend and would stay again for sure
