Located in Mijas Costa, Villa Jazmin offers a spacious 300 sqm villa perfect for up to 12 guests. You will find 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, along with a fully equipped kitchen. The villa features step-free access and step-free interior, air conditioning and heating in all rooms including bathrooms, high-speed WiFi for video calls, television, video on demand, washing machine, and clothes dryer. Family-friendly amenities include 2 high chairs, 1 baby bed, and beach towels.



Step outside to enjoy your private garden with mountain views and many terraces with beautiful views in the tropical garden, featuring 1 covered terrace, 3 uncovered terraces, and 2 balconies. Your private outdoor pool measures 8x4 meters, uses salt water, and is heatable. An outdoor shower, private grill, and shared playground are also available.



You will have access to 3 shared on-site parking spaces as well as parking available in the street. Events are not allowed on the property, and as this is a residential area, please be considerate of the neighbors.



The villa enjoys a quiet location close to beaches and just a 10-minute walk to Gran Parque de Mijas. Within a 5-minute walk, you will find the community area featuring a 25-meter swimming pool open from May until October, a fenced children pool, play area, tennis court, 3 restaurants, and a small supermarket. A tennis court is also located within a 15-minute walking distance. Cleaning service is available during your stay for an extra fee.

Pros: We travel alot with our 3 small kids. But this place has been absolutely the best, so fare ! First of, the host Francisca is such a kind, warm and friendly person. She was doing her very best to make sure that we had a nice stay. She made sure that there was groceries in the kitchen for us when we arrived the first day, in case the kids were hungry. She also search for things to do with our kids at the age of 3, 5 and 6 years. And then she sended me alot of examples, that we could explore with the kids. and If we had any questions, i could reach her by whatsapp, and she would answer me right away. She really makes a big effort for their guests. We felt so welcome the whole stay. Second of, the property was beyond beautiful! it is exactly like you see on the pictures and maybe even better. Also the view, was stunning! The house was perfectly clean, looked like nobody's ever been in the house :-D And now to the best part - the swimmingpool ! Now, i never thought it had such a big influence, wether the pool was a saltwater pool or not. but it has ! this were the best. we enjoyed the pool so much. next time we travel, we'll be looking for places only with saltwater pools. The Agent Angel, also was very kind and he was also easy to reach if we had any questions. i could keep on saying alot of positive things about this property. We'll definitely come back to visit Villa Jazmin.
