Schöne Anlage - aber nie wieder!

Schönes und sauberes Zimmer. Aber: auf dem Dach ist ein Ventilator der so laut ist, dass man ihn permanent hört. Das Internet hat ein Download von 0,5 mb - falls es überhaupt funktioniert. Die meiste Zeit hat es gar nicht funktioniert. Das gleiche mit dem Fernseher. Auch der gerufene Techniker konnte weder das TV noch das Internet zum laufen bringen. Allgemein ist der ganze Service schlicht ausgedrückt eine Katastrophe. Sehr schade, denn eigentlich könnte es eine schöne Anlage sein. Aber so kommt man ganz sicher kein zweites Mal!

Hidden gem!

I was amazed by this place - much better than expected. however, as it is a fairly new place, and it seems to be family run, it lacks a professional management. Service is very relaxed and perhaps not up to the standard the property represents itself. The rooms are very nicely designed, with heated bathroom floors, big flat screed, smart tv, good wifi (although add states no internet?), and good FREE parking - the add mentions a fee but we were never charged. Very quiet and secluded place, lovely lake, not far from Mikolajki. will definitely return!!

Erstmal nicht zu empfehlen

+ Ein neues und modern eingerichtetes Hotel. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut. – das Hotel liegt fern der Stadt, der Weg dorthin ist auf dem letzten Km. nur noch eine Holperpiste. Wir sind bei Starkregen angereist, die Rezeption ist nicht ausgeschildert und war auch nicht besetzt. Nach längerem warten erschien dann eine Frau. Sie bot uns das Frühstück am nächsten Tag für 9:00 an !! .Nach einer Diskussion einigten wir uns auf 8:00. Auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite des Weges befindet sich Kiosk, den bot sie uns als Restaurant an. Diskussion dann wieder beim WELAN. In unserer Buchungsbestätigung wurde uns der Empfang auf dem Zimmer zugesichert. Sie stellte dann den Router auf der Etage um.
