Dissapointed with our visit

Possitive: nice staff who were sorry for all the issues and tried to help and offered 2 bottles of wine for free, wonderfull spa with views, good breakfast Negative: well... we had a room with "city view" where you are looking into the wall and right next to it there is a pub which is noisy and not closing outside space at 10pm. We hardly slept most of the nights. Other issue was with cleaning. I think they cleaned our room once. Two times we had to change our bin... that is riddiculous

私の泊まったお部屋はフロントから離れていて、階段もいくつか使うようなところでしたが、ナチュラルテイストの広々したお部屋でとても気持ち良かったです。 バスタブはありませんでした。 朝食はバリエーション豊かでとても美味しかったです。 ボラリクのワインもバーでいただきましたが、とても美味しかったです。

Gemütlich

Schönes Hotel mit sehr schönen Frühstückssaal. Das Frühstücksbuffet war umfangreich und für jeden was dabei. Warmes Brot und glutenfreie Brot und Kuchen. Alles von deftig bis süß. Den Spa/ Sauna habe ich nicht besucht, da es 38 °c Außentemperatur hatte. Der Natursee zum Baden war erfrischend und schön anzusehen, aber nicht zum Bahnen schwimmen geeignet. Das Wasser war natürlich mit ein wenig Algen, was bei mir die Haut zart machte. Sehr guter Weisswein. Unsere Suite war groß und gemütlich. Fantastische Betten und Kissen. Die Gardinen sollten gewaschen werden. Tierfreundlich, aber relativ teuer für Hunde, dafür Hundedecke und Napf vorhanden. Würde wiederkommen. Zimmerservice wäre wünschenswert gewesen.

Celkový dojem z ubytovania dobrý.

Na bookingu som mala drahšiu rezerváciu z dôvodu veľkosti izby a manželskej postele king, izbu som dostala dvojzložkovú z oddelenými posteľami.Možnosť s oddeleným lôžkom bola lacnejšia, preto som ju nezvolila, no napriek tomu som ju dostala.Prekvapená som bola, že nieje možnost raňajok do izby, nakoľko ide o 4-hviezdičkový hotel myslím, že táto služba chýba. Telefón pre hotelovú službu na izbe nefungoval. Prostredie krásne čistota a údržba skvelé.Cena vysoká za dve noci k pomere hotelových služieb.

Beautiful but ridiculously loud

Beautiful modern hotel. Fire alarms went off from 2-4 am. Workers did not know how to shut it off and had to wait for a repairman. They did not offer to change our room. Then constructions worker started working right outside our side of the hotel at 6am. Very frustrated with losing hours of Sleep!

Udany pobyt w Mikulovie

Wygodny duży pokój z ogromną łazienką, wszystko nowiutkie i świeże. Bardzo dobre śniadanie z najlepszą kawą, jaką miałam okazję pić w hotelu. Korzystne położenie w mieście, wystarczy krótki spacer, by dotrzeć do historycznego, uroczego centrum miasta. Jedyna uwaga - choć dla mnie nie miało to znaczenia - to że po rozbudowie hotelu zamienił się on trochę w labirynt na różnych poziomach. I tak recepcja znajduje się na drugim piętrze (hotel położony jest na zboczu, od strony ulicy jest to parter) i do mojego pokoju, który położony był na końcu budynku, musiałam kilka razy zejść po schodkach (lub wejść do wyjścia), iść korytarzem to w prawo to w lewo, uważając na znaki. Było to nawet zabawne, przy czym może to być trudne dla osób, które mają problem z chodzeniem. Nie wiem, czy do wszystkich, ale na pewno do części pokoi nie można dostać się, korzystając z windy, ale wyłącznie schodami.
