"The cabin was as exprected and just enough space my myself and my partner. I can see how it would be difficult with more than two or three people. The boat launch was a little tricky to find at first but the host was quick to answer our questions. I will say you need to be experienced in launching boats in order to do so without issues (it was quite steep). Overall though,we had a wonderful stay and enjoyed our time in toledo bend!"

"The little cabin was so cute and perfect for my husband and I. It was cute, clean, and had everything we needed. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Great communication with the property management as well. Lake and dock access! Nice quite neighborhood and environment."

"Short trip - just me and my dogs. The cabin was clean, well-appointed, and in the perfect location to explore. Both North and South Toledo Bend State Parks were within an easy driving distance - I also greatly enjoyed visiting the dam that created the reservoir. I don’t have a boat, but there’s a launch on property for those who do. There is also an amazing pier and huge, covered floating deck - the perfect place to catch the sunset or swing away the afternoon."

"This place is PERFECT!! The cabin is super nice and cozy.. boat house is great to park boat overnight and charge for the next days fishing.. location is great and you can begin fishing without having ever cranking the outboard.
