staff were great especially on reception when checking in. only drawback was a noisy guest in the room above us that was up around 5am pacing the room every morning.

Hotel Glam Milano
First the location is prime as it is close to the train and metro. Having stayed there for 13 day for the Olympics I could see their shortfalls. First if you like heat then the rooms are perfect but they average 27 degrees and there was a lady downstairs saying her baby could not sleep in the heat. ...
