Canonica Attic Apartment

TThis characteristic and elegant attic apartment is located on the top floor of a former convent building, featuring the typical courtyard of the city. (There is a mini-elevator.)

We are located in the Paolo Sarpi neighborhood, our city's Chinatown, which underwent an urban redevelopment project in 2010, making it even more elegant.



The apartment comprises of:

- Living room: equipped with a double sofa bed and TV.

- Kitchen: spiacious kitchen, equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and a dining table that seats up to six guests.

- Bedroom: Master bedroom with a double bed, walk-in closet, and bedside tables.

- Bathroom: Windowless, equipped with a toilet, shower, sink, and bidet.

Amenities included: WIFI internet, central heating, and air conditioning.



Please note that the property does NOT have any reception service; check-in time must always be arranged directly with the property, and in any case, no earlier than 3:00 PM and no later than 9:00 PM. The check-in is self-mode with a key box, so you can access the apartment independently with the personal code we will provide you on the day of arrival.



PLEASE NOTE: OUR TELEPHONE ASSISTANCE WILL BE GUARANTEED UNTIL 9 PM. IN EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES, IT WILL BE POSSIBLE TO ACCESS THE STRUCTURE BEYOND THIS TIME. HOWEVER, OUR CONTACT DETAILS WILL NO LONGER BE AVAILABLE AND WE WILL THEREFORE BE UNABLE TO PROVIDE ASSISTANCE UNTIL 9 AM THE FOLLOWING DAY.



POLITE NOTICE:

Before your arrival, you must:

- complete an online form that you will receive via chat/email five days before your arrival.

- In the form, you must enter the information and documents of all guests and pay the tourist tax.

PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT ACCEPT PAYMENTS AT THE PROPERTY!



Providing the documents of all guests and paying the tourist tax is required by Italian law. Only after receiving the completed online check-in form we will be able to provide you with the instructions and the personal code to access the property.



The tourist tax is not included in the price and must be paid by the agreed-upon check-in time. Milan City Coucil has set a tax of €6,30 per person per day. Guests under 18 are exempt. For information on all reductions and exemptions, please visit the Milan City Council website.
