Pietra & Mare - Authentic Stone Villa with Panoramic Sea and Nature Views is a detached villa situated on a 790 m2 plot of land, with 240 m2 entirely constructed from natural stone and solid wood. Built in accordance with earthquake regulations, it features 50 cm thick walls, ensuring organic and reliable construction. It boasts 180-degree sea (Gökova Bay) and 180-degree nature views. The garden contains dozens of olive trees, fruit trees, and flowers. It has its own spring water and water tank, independent of the mains. You can spend quality time with pets and children in the garden, have barbecues with loved ones, sunbathe freely on the sun loungers, and organize large gatherings. In short, you can relax your soul freely and quietly amidst nature, the sea, and sea views. At night, you can watch the stars accompanied by the sound of waves. The property offers many free and unlimited amenities, including free Wi-Fi,Netflix,Playstation5 and Unlimited Coffee. The villa is built on land formerly used as a threshing floor by the local people, providing natural air circulation. You can enjoy it at any time of day. As you can see from the photos, you can view the Gulf of Gökova from a 180-degree angle. If you prefer a crowded and sandy beach, you can also go to Ören center to swim. In our garden, there is a large and suitable area for children to sunbathe, relax, eat, and play in the backyard. We are in a popular destination in the region, so you and your family can feel safe.
