The hotel owner was a pleasant person who came to talk with us, gave us tips on where to travel, and asked for our suggestions on how to improve the hospitality. It was definitely an excellent experience in Crete, and we will surely return there next time."

"We had a fantastic stay at this property! The location was perfect—right in the heart of Old Town, surrounded by great restaurants and cafés, and just a short walk to the main strip. It’s close enough to enjoy all the fun, but far enough to escape the loud music at night, which was a huge plus. The apartment itself was spotless and had everything we needed. It was spacious, comfortable, and even had direct USB ports for charging our phones—super convenient! A special shoutout to “Yaya”...

Most importantly, the staff were incredible in making sure we had everything we needed and handled our group with so much respect. "The hotel restaurant and cleaning staff were amazing—friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. Unfortunately, the front desk girls staff were not very welcoming, and some information and arrangements were not handled properly. For example, we received a card for a complimentary cocktail at 6 PM, even though they knew we had a 6 AM early checkout the next morning. If you enjoy a resort-style hotel where you can relax on the property, this is a good choice. However, there isn’t much within walking distance, so it’s not ideal if you want nearby shops, restaurants, or attractions. Overall, a nice resort with fantastic restaurant and housekeeping staff, but the girls at front desk experience could definitely be improved."
