"Paul was very communicative and helpful. We did not like the neighborhood but once you enter the apartment it’s a whole different story. The apartment was very clean and spacious. As mentioned in another review, it needs coverings on all windows for privacy from the neighbors."

"What a great place! Location, location. Located on edge of Little Italy with great restaurants and bars. Our favorite was Zenellis. Less than 15 minute walk to downtown New Haven with lots of dining options. Take in the Trinity Bar nearby- great fun! Furniture was modest but adequate. Great kitchen."

"I don’t know how anyone can give this property less than 5 stars. The management company was extremely responsive and helpful. The building and apartment were immaculate. The place has everything: free parking, large gym, movie theater, golf simulator, and even a duckpin bowling alley! If I was childless and moving to New Haven, I’d consider a unit in this building. "

"We had an amazing stay at the condo. It was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The bedrooms had great storage for our things and the beds were very clean. I am a very picky person and I was happy. The host Marc was by far the best host anyone could wish for when visiting a city. He communicated with us very effectively and left a variety of drinks and snacks. He even left us a card welcoming us to his place. We were in town visiting our son who is a freshman at Yale. We have traveled...

"Great place to stay while our son was visiting Yale. Just 1 bolck from 2 well know pizza restaurants is nice but can make finding a parking spot a challenge at times. Although frustrating at times it would not keep me from staying there again."

"Perfect for my sister and daughter. Just right sized, sunny and cheerful, plus the we-work type of space downstairs was awesome. Across the street from our favorite bagel place, and near Grey Goose, our favorite local restaurant. In town to check on family, so this was a great place to stay. Gerard was extremely responsive, especially when we had a mishap with our keys- he dropped everything and helped out! Five stars!"

"Clean, lovely new 2 room apartment. Very accommodating landlord who responded to my questions quickly and efficiently. I felt safe as a single female - had my own parking spot, sensor lights outside around the property. 2 TV sets. Washer and dryer was a bonus! Kitchen was terrific. The rental is in a marginal neighborhood but the neighbors seemed fine."

"Only stayed one night as we were passing through town. But loved this townhouse. Beautifully decorated, comfortable. Lovely little touches like noise machines in the bedrooms and canisters of Qtips in the bath. Can’t comment on the kitchen as we didn’t use it. But all was great!"

"We loved our stay at the bungalow last weekend. Donna equipped the home with everything needed for a comfortable stay, and more. It is located in a quiet area steps from the Milford Point Audubon center, Wheeler Marsh and Cedar beach. We walked to the Walnut Beach area where there are a few shops and restaurants, most notably a delicious Mexican restaurant and coffee shop. A perfect get away, despite the questionable weather."

"We had a wonderful time on the beach, in the ocean and just relaxing in the house. There were nice restaurants in the area to try and some fun day trips to take with the kids. We'd go back!"
