Welcome to our beautiful 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom vacation home located on a private beach and with stunning views overlooking Delaware Bay. Our secluded location ensures plenty of peace and privacy, making for a perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Our vacation home is a quick 15-minute drive to the DE Turf complex, making it an ideal location for sports enthusiasts looking for a convenient place to stay during their events. For those looking for shopping and dining experiences, Milford is only a 15-minute drive away.

For outdoor enthusiasts, our location offers great opportunities for fishing and crabbing. Our guests can enjoy beautiful sunrises and sunsets from the privacy and comfort of their own vacation home.

With comfortable and spacious sleeping options, our vacation home can accommodate up to 6 guests. Guests can also enjoy a range of amenities, including a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, and satellite internet. (Inclement weather may disrupt internet)

Overall, our vacation home provides a great opportunity to create lasting memories in a beautiful and relaxing setting.

Note: there are audio/video surveillance cameras in place outdoors and there is a flight of steps to the entrance. There are 13 steps up to the house.

The property was clean and very well done. It is a small house, but laid out well. The owners did a great job of making you feel at home...from a nice bottle of wine to coffee left n the pantry. As another guest mentioned, the beach is lovely but rocks in the water make swimming at the house difficult. No worries for us as we are beach combers anyway.

Amazing views

The property felt secluded and private. The ocean views were amazing. We saw some great wildlife as well. Recommend to anyone needing to step away from day to day hustle and bustle.

Beautiful Property

Beautiful view and loved the secluded location. Exactly what we were looking for. Well equipped kitchen, which was a major bonus for us. Pictures don't do it justice - very well decorated and comfortable beds!

Beautiful property with everything you can need. Right on a secluded beach. Owner was very responsive. Fast internet allowed two people to work remotely at the same time. Nothing bad to say about this place, it's a gem!

Private getaway

My husband and I spent our anniversary here and it was amazing. The sun room provides amazing views, the beds were super soft, and the beach front property line made it that much better. Catherine was very hospitable and gracious. Would definitely recommend for your next little outing to give this place a shot.

Fall Getaway

Very beautiful time of the year to enjoy this beach house! We sat by the fire pit, listened to music, and looked at the bright moon over the water. The house was very clean and the best spot inside was the sunroom. It was peak time for the fall colorful leaves, so the drive through the marsh area was filled with golds and reds. We had a lovely time and recommend staying at this wonderful property!

Quiet and Secluded

The home was clean, very well appointed, and comfortable. We were amazed that so few houses are situated along this long, lovely beach! It definitely feels like you're a world away! While we could have spent the whole week sitting in the sunroom watching the eagles, Rehoboth Beach and other areas within a 40 min drive provided great restaurants and areas to explore.

Wonderful vacation!!!!

The house was very clean and the views of the bay are breathtaking, especially during sunrise and sunset! We arrived just after a full moon so there were tons of horseshoe crabs on the beach but my family had a blast flipping them over! We found shark eggs, a turtle egg, hermit crabs and lots of cool rocks and seashells. Definitely bring bug spray though! We went to Bethany beach one day and when I asked my kids which beach the preferred they all said Big Stone Beach. You can't really swim but its a great place for exploring.

Bay Retreat

Wonderful! Pristine, lovely, equipped, getaway beach house. Breathtaking views of the bay. Endless undeveloped beaches for walking. Kitchen stocked with herbs, spices, condiments & appliances (note: no full-sized oven). Spaces for outdoor lounging & enjoyment. Impressive sound system. Best part- the sun room with panoramic views of the beach, water, nature. Cassie is such a helpful, caring host, that goes out of her way to please. Absolutely perfect

This beautiful home is tastefully decorated and incredibly clean. The hosts have equipped the house with everything you’ll need including plenty of clean towel and extra blankets, bottled water and k-cups. The bed was luxuriously comfortable; we fell asleep listening to the waves each night. Sunrises on the deck were breathtaking. The sunroom was the perfect place to read a book on a rainy morning as we watched the boats in the bay. We walked for miles along the beach collecting shells and sea glass. We only encountered one other person on the beach who happened to live in the neighborhood. He couldn’t say enough good things about the host/owners of this fantastic home! You will feel like you’re far away from the hustle and bustle of the world; yet you’ll be only 7 miles from town and all the stores and restaurants. Wish I could give this listing more than 5 stars!!!!!

The PERFECT beach getaway! Just what we needed to close out our summer. Beautiful views, refreshing beachy home decor, and loved being just steps from the beach. This was our first time visiting Milford and we will definitely return to this special spot!

Check in was so easy, the house is beautiful, the view was gorgeous and the host goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need for your stay with kitchen items, towels, etc. Our favorite thing to do while we were there is going out in the mornings to help the hourseshoe crabs back in the water that washed up on shore. And my favorite place that be was sitting on the deck taking it all in. Highly recommend!

Great Location to DE Turf

We had a nice stay. Our son was playing lacrosse at DE Turf. It's very convenient to the fields. The owner was extremely accommodating she even allowed my son to come back after check-out to shower before our flight late that night.
