The house is brand new with a large kitchen connecting the living room and dining with bedrooms on each side. "Property is as pictured, spacious, and clean. Great location: 5 minutes to everything in Cooperstown, and 5 minutes in the opposite direction to grocery store, CVS, and gas. Note that Google maps shows that you have 'arrived' prior to getting to the street that the house is on(since the house is in a field on a hill). Would stay there again!"

"My family stayed at this house while my son played at All Star Village. This house was perfect in every way!! When you walk in you can tell it’s super clean and felt we “at home” right away there is not one negative thing to say! The owners answered any questions we had and were very pleasant. Very convenient to the stores and less than a 10 minute drive to All Star Village. This house is a gem and would highly recommend anyone to stay here. It’s just perfect!"

"What a great property and location. We rented the home as our daughter was graduating from SUNY Oneonta. The home was as described, great furniture and beds and had tons of amenities to make for a great home away from home. Convenient to get to Oneonta and Cooperstown. The area is peaceful and the lake was so nice and relaxing!"

"We stayed 2 nights over Columbus Day weekend and had a wonderful time. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and the owners provided plenty of towels. The house was beautifully decorated with a charming blend of new and old. There were even baskets with toiletries in case something was forgotten.
