THE SPACE

I've been hosting professional for 2.5+ years, and have poured everything I've learned from running 6 other high-end rentals into this newest dream home; here you will have everything you need and more than you wanted :)

Situated on Mill Valley's iconic Panoramic Highway, this luxuriously remodeled 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home offers roughly 2,000 sq ft of modern living with an easy indoor/outdoor flow. The home is set into the hillside with a short exterior staircase leading down to the front entry.

The main level opens into an airy, open-concept kitchen and dining area with matte-black Cafe appliances, a gas range, and polished quartz countertops. The living room features open-beam ceilings, a gas fireplace, and large windows looking out to the hillside. Just off the living and dining area, a large deck captures sweeping Mt. Tam views. A stylish half restroom rounds out the main level.

The primary suite is also on the main level, with high ceilings, a wood-burning heater, and a walk-in closet. Its en-suite bath includes dual vanities, heated floor, a Jacuzzi soaking tub, a large standing shower, and a heated Japanese toilet (bidet).

Downstairs are two additional bedrooms with hillside views, a full bath with shower-over-tub, and a large laundry closet with washer and dryer.

Outside, each level has a wraparound deck, and there's a big front lawn and cute gardens to top off the setting.

Other Details to Note:

• This home has a flight of stairs outside to get down to the front door (which is at the top floor). It is 2 stories inside: 2 bedrooms & full bathroom on the bottom floor, primary bedroom on the main floor.

• This home has central heat and no A/C due to the mild coastal climate.

• We have pest service and other property maintenance like gardening done frequently. You may see or hear these service professionals during your stay as they let themselves into the yards to service as needed. Please be sure to ask about this before booking if you think it might be an issue for you.

House Rules:
• No wearing shoes inside (indoor slippers are ok)
• No disturbing neighbors: No events/parties allowed. Please be mindful and respectful of our neighbors as this is a quiet residential area.
• No pets allowed. If you have a service animal, let us know first.
• No smoking inside or outside ($1,500 fee for deep cleaning)
• No extra overnight guests
• No moving/rearranging furniture
• No worries: no cleaning, no stripping bedsheets, etc. - We are full service and want you to RELAX!

Fee Schedule:
• Shipping for items left behind is $30 for handling, in addition to USPS packaging & postage costs
• Early check-in and late checkout requests: $60 each
• Special requests: $75 in addition to associated material/service costs
• Outdoor hot tub: $100/day, by request, at least 2 weeks in advance.
• Outdoor endless swim spa: $150/day, by request, at least 2 weeks in advance.
