"Check-in person wasn’t too on the ball but breakfast room guy was very friendly and check out person was too. Room was spacious and clean. A few stains on carpet in the room and in the hallway(3rd floor). Breakfast was a decent selection and did the trick nicely. Place was pretty full on Saturday night with a lot of slamming doors in the evening but walls were sufficiently thick to help ensure a sound sleep. Would stay again."

"Booked this very last minute while traveling and rain made it so hard to see to keep driving. I didn’t really expect much due to the low price but WOW, front desk was super kind and helpful, and rooms were spotless and smelled brand new. It felt like a new building, or maybe had been very recently remodeled. A very pleasant surprise"

"The front staff was excellent. The hotel and rooms were excellent for the reasonable pricing. The morning complimentary breakfast was also excellent. The carpets in hallways needs to be replaced very smelly. The towels very flimsy and only two for two people."

"This is a nice place to stay for the price. The staff were helpful, the room was clean, and they have a sitting area with vending machines, ice, and a microwave. It is conveniently located close to the highway with restaurants and gas stations within walking distance. I was told they are starting to remodel and make improvements to their rooms including small refrigerators and a microwave. I would stay here again."

"Our first time staying at Edinboro Lake Resort and we couldn't have asked for a better little getaway. The staff was super friendly and helpful, the cabin was clean and had everything we needed, and being right on the lake with that view was fantastic. We really enjoyed having the kayaks and canoes available, too. Sunset Grill being within walking distance was another big plus. Great food and a perfect spot to grab dinner or a nightcap. The resort is reasonably priced for what you get, and we’ll definitely be returning. Highly recommend!"
