Everything you need for an overnight

Ideally situated for my Father and I to go to the Millau Viaduct visitor centre, clean, tidy and friendly helpful staff.

The hotel was a bit in the middle of nowhere, not what we had expected. Obviously busy as the car park was full but found 1 spot. Check in was simple and easy. Room was fine for an overnight stay. Everything you would expect. I needed to charge my car but others had parked in these spots but did not have EV's so were not charging. Hotel soon moved one and got me a space. There were issues with the chargers working and the guy at reception was so helpful in trying to get them working for me. Over and above what was expected. I big shout out to him. We did get them working in the end....

Clean adequate hotel with pleasant staff, receptionist speaking good English. Excellent restaurant within 200 meters. Spacious room with comfortable bed. Comfortable sized bathroom in very good condition. Breakfast was good value for cost. Excellent and secure parking. Excellent location to enjoy the surrounding views. Would use again.

I have been charged twice. I advised reception I had already paid. The told me they would reserve the funds from my card but would manually update the charge so it was only local tax. This was a lie, I have been charged in full by both Expedia and the hotel. Expedia are not at fault, the receipt was shown to the hotel. Aside from from that, the pillows are flat and only 1 per person and only 1 towel per person is provided - insufficient for drying hair, hands and bodies. Also bed was hard and uncomfortable - a good night’s sleep is literally their only job and they fail at that. Leonie restaurant next door is great though.

Très bien pour 3 personnes. Propre et personnel agréable. Pour les places de parking selon l'heure à laquelle vous arrivez il n'y a plus de place et il faut se garer dehors car il y a in restaurant collé a l'hôtel et tous les gens de gare sur le parking de l'hotel
