No boat lift available but you can tie your boat and jet ski's off at the dock. Spend your afternoons lounging on the sun loungers or making s'mores around the cozy fire pit as the sun sets on another perfect day.

This property is near 25-30 minutes away from GCSU & GMC. You will find groceries, dining and entertainment near 25-35 minutes from the property.

OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE:
Please respect our neighbors! Quiet hours are from 9PM-9AM. We must abide by all Baldwin County ordinances that are provided in the rental agreement.

Guests will have access to the entire property with the exception of 2 locked vendor closets and 1 owner closet which are all labeled. The main master closet also is used for extra blankets and seasonal decor etc. Guests will not have access to the small shed building in the driveway. Guests are not allowed to operate the elevator.

GCSU & GMC are 20 minutes from this property. Groceries, dining and entertainment is near 25-30 minutes away.
