Lakeside getaway

Our group had an incredibly comfortable stay. We enjoyed the layout of the home that slept 13 adults comfortably, and relished in the large, sloping backyard that meets the lake.Every expectation of the house was met or exceeded and all of the guests were complimenting me on such a great find.

The home was very nice, clean and had all the towels, linens, kitchen utensils plus comfortable beds. I did have a few problems with the actual details that were listed. The "game room/arcade" is a joke. A small basketball game with an ancient Pac man game in a free-standing garage with 2 couches and a small TV is not what I consider a game room. The dock needs a ladder on the end, so children don't have to walk on sharp mollusks shells to get back up on the dock. The third-floor shower needs a safety mat to keep people from slipping on the slick surface. There isn't firewood available, I had to ask the manager to provide some and she brought 2 tiny bags. That's another problem, getting an answer to questions was a nightmare. This home is operated by Evolve, which is run out of a foreign country, it has a nice lady Ann as a contact, and it is much advised to use a 'Premier Host" VRBO home in order to communicate and get on time answers. There were a few roaches in the home also.
