A great place for a fisherman!

My son and I found ourselves at Lake Sinclair for a fishing tournament I qualified for and we needed a place to stay, house the boat and gear, make food, and had hot water. This place was a perfect little get-a-way spot, worked out fantastically! Very clean, had all that a person or two needs to have a good stay with fishing in mind. Would book again!

It was a perfect size for me two of us. The view was magnificent. Each morning I sat and looked out the picture window straight out on the lake. Convenience of the boat house and two docks made it nice having our boat ready to go every day. We will be back hopefully.

Barbara was an excellent host. We unfortunately had no hot water and had leave the next morning as it was getting colder and no hot water was too difficult. I'm sure they will have it fixed and it is a great location and comfortable place.

We stayed a week here and absolutely loved it 😍 the view of lake Sinclair is honestly breathtaking. This was our first visit to Milledgeville and we can’t wait to plan our next ! I absolutely loved this lake home! It’s older, but so clean and full of charm—it brought back so many memories of my grandmother’s house. I loved the cozy, nostalgic feel, and the view of the lake is just beautiful. Don’t be surprised to see deer in the yard too! Perfect location, close to GCSU, great restaurants, and everything you might need. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat!
