  • This charming Lake Sinclair home is a warm and relaxing place for couples, friends and families. ‘Charlie’s Landing’ is located on beautiful Lake Sinclair and offers expansive lake views while being conveniently located to shopping, restaurants and site seeing venues.

    The home offers 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, 5 beds total. Each bedroom is equipped with a smart TV. The large nicely appointed, eat in kitchen was designed for entertaining and opens to a cozy family room with lake views. On a chilly evening you can cozy up in front of the gas log fireplace.

    Charlie’s Landing has a covered back deck over looking the lake, firepit area and expansive backyard. Enjoy sports and movies with the outdoor deck TV or relax around the firepit with family and friends.
    Spend your days enjoying all that lake life has to offer on the max dock that includes a waterslide! At the end of the day enjoy a meal with family and friends at your choice of 2 outdoor eating areas or an indoor table that seats 6. Don’t feel like cooking? No problem!
