My wife and I arrived at this property and there were only stairs to access the hotel. I asked at the reception for help and they said no staff available. I asked for an early entrance and they said I had to wait until the proper time to check in. I felt no caring at all for customers.
What made it more acceptable is that this property is connected to the Radisson Blu and of course is a more expensive hotel and we ended up using this hotel for everything even for taking taxis, etc.
