Property has potential but poorly utilized. First impression grass was knee high, the steps to trailor rickety. Upon inspection inside under kitchen sink, 3 unset mouse traps, and mouse turds scattered all over, a roll of paper towels under the sink was hovered with dried stains. Counter top notWiped, used pizza cardboard in corner upper cupboard. Dishes in a drainer on cabinet. Towels were rough & old. Furniture was old and sparse. Disappointed.
