"No champo no free breakfast"

"Everything was clean at the property except for my room. My door was left open, cleaning supplies in the bathroom but there was bowel movement on my toilet, old trash left from a previous guest. I cleaned my own bathroom. Curtains off of the track. The staff was top notch, very friendly and accommodating. I believe when this hotel first opened it was the bees knees, today maybe not so much."

"Liked the location -- close to the airport. Disappointed in the room, mostly with housekeeping. The room decor is very dated and in need of a refresh. There was mold on the shower curtain. The facial tissue dispenser was empty. Coffee available in the room but no coffee cups. There was only 2 sets of towels for a reservation for 3 guests. I wouldn't stay here again. I would go across the street to the Marriott Courtyard instead."
