"The foot towel and one hand towel looked like they had grease on them. There was black, greasy water and hair in the shower. No tissues. No end on the bathroom faucet. "

"There was pubic hair left in the shower and toenail clippings on the floor. If I had scene this the night before I would have asked for a new room. "

"The room was beautiful.... rose and mints on the bed in entering, robes in the closet, sparkling water to enjoy. It didn't feel like a hotel..... cozy with a comfort you feel from being at home."

"This place is under renovation and hopefully these things will be addressed with the renovation, but the cleanliness in the pool area was an issue. On our stay, we found a clump of hair floating in the adult pool as well as a used bandaid at the edge of the pool (wet). The kids pool had some straw wrappers floating in it. The carpet in the hallways are pretty stained and gross. The staff was nice enough, but the walls are paper thin. To be determined if this will be addressed with the renovation or not. "
