"Overall, the property was wonderful—comfortable, extremely clean, and exactly as pictured. The location was excellent and felt close to everything. Despite being pet-friendly, the home was very well maintained and spotless; you would never know dogs were allowed.Our main frustrations were with the arrival and support experience. After a 12-hour drive, we arrived after dark to find no exterior lights on, and the entry instructions were incorrect. We had to contact Vacasa to gain access, which was not the warmest welcome. We also experienced an issue with hot water in the ensuite bath that took over 24 hours and multiple calls to resolve. It felt like this was a known, easy-to-fix issue that should have been documented and communicated at arrival. The water is plumbed backwards in the ensuite bath if you stay here FYI.Finally, while the area itself felt safe, we were uncomfortable with the use of physical keys rather than a secure lock system. Without knowing who may have copies (previous guests, cleaning staff, etc.), it did not provide a strong sense of security. A keyless entry system or additional interior locks would greatly improve peace of mind. "

"We had a wonderful week at this lovely El Prado home. The master bed was so comfortable…the kitchen was small but beautifully appointed and allowed us to cook great meals…our dog loved the big fenced yard…and we loved evenings in the hot tub and relaxed in front of the chiminea. We hope to return soon!"

"Absolutely a five star home. This was a work trip and accommodated our group of 10 people. The house was comfortable and clean and had all the amenities we needed, such as spices plenty of toilet paper and paper towel towels even laundry detergent. They do have a hot tub which I didn’t use but plenty of towels for that. Very close to town! The homeowners responded so quickly when we didn’t have any propane they had someone bring it out. I would definitely stay here again!"

"We loved staying here! The house was so comfortable. There were six of us and it had everything we needed! Plenty of outdoor chairs to watch sunsets and look at the stars, on the upstairs deck.... It also had a very nice table and chairs on the patio. There were more than enough towells, and there was hand soap in the bathrooms (which can be a pet peeve of mine), plenty of blankets, and the bathroom was heated, which was wonderful because it was very cold this morning! The beds were comfortable, the bunk beds were full size, which was wonderful! There was every appliance in the kitchen we could ask for. The hosts were very responsive, and seemed very nice! I could go on and on! I highly recommend staying at this great house!"

"He's a very cozy house, not too far from town, with amazing views of the mountains. My family and I had a great time. We loved cooking in the kitchen and spending time together out on the patio."

"Overall the place was amazing. We were at max capacity with 8 people and there was still plenty of room. We never felt cramped at all. The kitchen was fully stocked, and patio had a bbq grill that worked very well. The place was clean, the linens smelled fresh, washer and dryer, and even a steam room. The two main rooms had window AC units that helped a lot as we were staying in the middle of summer. Would definitely stay again. "
