I had an issue with my account, and the front desk kept avoiding responsibility, saying they couldn’t adjust the charge until another department reviewed the ticket. There is no direct customer service phone number — everything is handled through SMS and email, which made resolving the issue incredibly frustrating. Communication was slow and unhelpful. Honestly, this was the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had at a hotel."

"This is a very inexpensive motel by the side of the highway. It is rather old but generally clean for an inexpensive hotel by the side of a highway. The room strongly smelled of cleaning solution. Seemed safe and there are lots of chain fast food places nearby. "
