We are grateful to share that this home was unaffected, is easily accessible from the airport, and remains a cozy safe haven for your upcoming stay. The roads are operating as normal and we've taken extra precautions to ensure everything is in great condition. We hope that by discounting our rates, we will be able to accommodate anyone in need and contribute to the local community and businesses. Tucked back among the trees with a view of Lake Lyday, this charming tiny home is your key to a picture-perfect retreat in Mills River! This darling tiny home is an easy, 8 mile drive from the Asheville Regional Airport, 11 miles from Brevard, and 12 miles from the many charms of downtown Hendersonville. Just 14 miles away, visit Dupont State Forest with its beautiful waterfalls, and some of the best hiking and mountain biking or sightsee in Pisgah National Forest, home to Looking Glass Falls, Triple Falls, and Sliding Rock. Inside the cozy cottage, discover a compact, but full kitchen offering everything you need to prepare full home-cooked meals or quick snacks. Kick back on the sofa in the cozy living area and stream all your favorite channels, or fold up the Murphy bed, fold down the built-in desk to read your favorite book or set up your laptop to go online. Outside on the newly built deck, relax with your morning coffee or fire up your Blackstone Grill to enjoy your meals beneath the tree canopy. At night gather at the firepit to roast s'mores, share stories, and watch the stars come out. * Cozy Lakeview Cottage may be rented with Lakefront Cabin as Lakefront Cabin & Cozy Lakeview Cottage to accommodate up to 17 guests! By booking your stay at this home, you’re not only enjoying the beauty of Western North Carolina, but also helping to support the local community and accelerate businesses during their time of recovery. From restaurants, breweries, and shopping, to the many outdoor attractions, local businesses are open and ready to welcome you. If you have any questions about how to ensure your trip is everything you expect please do not hesitate to reach out! Things to Know - The five-and-half-acre lake (stocked for fishing) is a non-motorized lake. - WiFi with 5G - NO BUSES, LARGE TRUCKS, TRAILERS, or RV's allowed at property or driven on road to home. - The home has now been equipped with its own dedicated router and high-speed internet connection. - Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. - Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. - All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. - Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. - No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. - - All properties comes with a starter kit to assist you on your first day before having to go out and purchase additional items. This includes: dish sponge, dish soap, dishwasher packet, laundry packet. Bathrooms will have 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap.
