Cozy cottage by the bay with boat parking

  • Super stylish home with coastal vibe! Back deck to enjoy outdoor dining and large yard for games! Extra parking for a boat and trailer. Close to the Delaware beaches, Indian River Inlet, Paradise Grill, Massey’s Landing Public boat ramp and Rehoboth outlets! We provide a guidebook for area attractions and can send you recommendations prior to your arrival! FREE membership to local gym for ages 16 and up! Pets welcome with additional PET FEE however yard is not fully fenced in. We can send you a link for a pet sitter if needed! Kitchen has all quality Williams Sonoma wares for staying in to dine. This property can accommodate 4 adults and has a trundle bed in the 3rd bedroom for children. A pack n play is also available for infants.
