"This cozy wonder little gem was exactly what we needed. The rushing of the river, the tall trees and the big beautiful windows make the cabin in to woods just perfect. Not to mention the beds were cozy and comfortable. This is a must sta. I can not wait to book it again. "

"The location of this hotel can't be beat for Zootown sightseers. Everything you need is within walking distance or on the nearby bus line. A trail for dog walking is across the parking lot. Cleanliness is hit and miss. During one stay we found a drawer full of underwear and the floor turned our feet black. During another stay, no complaints. The breakfast is pretty good considering the cost of stays. Smokers gather just outside of exits, so be prepared to smell like an ashtray whether you smoke or not. Staff is adequately helpful."

"It was nice. Nothing extra special. Paid extra for a balcony room, thinking it would be on the river. It wasn’t. Our Balcony overlooked the street. Hallways smelled like old cigarette smoke. TV channel options were minimal. Not worth the $200. Plus, $20 to park in the parking lot. "

"Excelle property walkable to the river. The inside is newly updated and everything was very comfortable, including the beds. The host had everything we needed and was extremely comfortable for our group of 5. We will definitely stay again!"
