  • Welcome to our brand-new 3-bedroom townhome in Millville, crafted in 2025 by a skilled three-generation family team of Grandpa, Father, and Son. Perfect for families or groups of up to 8, this cozy retreat offers 3 queen beds, 1 king bed, and 2 bathrooms with showers.

    Relax with modern comforts like a fully outfitted kitchen, washing machine, air conditioning, heating, and fast Starlink Wi-Fi (note: calls are Wi-Fi only). Excellent property. There are a lot of extra things that the host has included that you normally wouldn't be able to take on vacation with you. Coffee area was great. Spice cabinet was full. Condiments in the fridge. Plenty of pots, pans, cookware, utensils, bedding, blankets, pillows, you name it. It's always nice to have those extras there for you. Clean, new and well laid out. Quiet area with a river across the road. Small town. Nice seating area outside

Absolutely fantastic property. Feels like a brand new house. Very clean and well maintained. Beautiful woodwork. The host are very kind and great communicators. This is the most well stocked rental I’ve ever stayed in. They had everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Great place to bring kids and family. The have games and activities. The park and river across the street are beautiful. Definitely recommend if your in the area to stay here.

It was a very spacious open and cozy home. They had everything we needed right there and allowed our pet to travel with us. Jennifer and Brian were timely in answering question and they provide a binder with almost any question you might have. The location is quiet and allows for use of their campground space across the road. We wouldstay there again.

Our family of 4 stayed the first week of June 2025. We absolutely loved our time. We were beyond impressed with the property, especially considering ours was a very last minute booking. The views are amazing and everything within the resort is conveniently located and easy to navigate to. The unit was extremely clean and spacious. Check in was super simple and the host was very responsive. The grounds are immaculately maintained. It’s very family friendly, we only heard the occasional loud guest, which is typical of anywhere you go, and did not impact our stay at all. They should update their photos as all of the kitchen appliances are now brand new stainless steel appliances. Everything worked great (but the dryer takes a bit longer than ours at home). We are frequent beach goers for our family vacations at international resorts, but I can say with certainty that we loved this beach more than any others we’ve visited. My 9-year old fell in love with boogie boarding here, it was clean and free of seaweed, and calm even when busy (though I will admit we visited very early in the season). I highly recommend getting a chair rental as it’s much easier to have a spot dedicated to you for the week and not needing to tote down chairs and umbrellas. The location is convenient to everything in North Myrtle and is a short drive to the main Myrtle Beach locations. Should our schedule and the condo’s availability match we 100% plan to return to this specific unit.
