Cozy Holiday Apartment with Private Garden

The cozy holiday apartment in Milmersdorf is located on a large property and offers one bedroom, a bathroom, a living kitchen, and a private garden. With about 45 m², it is ideal for a relaxing stay.



The kitchen is fully equipped, including a filter coffee machine. In the living room, you will find a dining table, a flat-screen TV, and a pull-out sofa bed, so up to 4 people can sleep comfortably. A fireplace provides warmth during the colder months. High-speed Wi-Fi is available.



Bed linen and towels are included.



The apartment has mobile electric heaters and a wood stove. During the heating season (October to April), electricity usage for the electric heaters is billed separately. Firewood is provided free of charge during this period.



From the living room, you can access the private garden with seating, sun loungers, and a barbecue. Parking is available on the property.



The large playground with seating invites you to play and relax. Children can enjoy the trampoline, slide, or climbing bars. There is also a table tennis table. For relaxation, a garden swing is available, from which you can watch our chickens. Our cats are friendly and enjoy being petted. A dog is welcome by prior arrangement for an extra fee.



The area offers many swimming lakes and forests for trips and tours. Templin is just 10 minutes away by car or via well-developed cycle paths. There you can enjoy walks along the historic city wall and boat trips. Lakes such as Kölpinsee or Lübbesee invite you to swim.
