Lovely stay and lovely room. Nice sitting area on balcony. The complimentary breakfasts were great and a large variety of food options. It was also nice to have easy parking for our moped.

Great place! Within walking distance to the main part of town. A really good bakery/convenience store is close by. The staff brings a big wonderful breakfast every morning. A perfect place to stay on Milos.

Very clean and convenient walking distance to square. The staff was very friendly and attentive and received an over abundance of food every morning for breakfast. Highly recommend, we were a family of 4 and fit very comfortably.

We reserved a “standard” room. There was good communication prior to arrival; however, we were not informed there are several apartment buildings belonging to this complex. Inside, we found several empty bottles in lower cabinets. The breakfast basket was delivered to our unit every morning in a timely manner; however, there was limited variety.

That actual room we stayed in was fantastic and comfortable. Good location to the harbor too. Service from reception was tough because of their very limited hours (Mentioned in other reviews as well) and when changes were requested not necessarily followed through with. The area is interesting to say the least as well. The actual apartment building and room was very nice but the surrounding area was scattered with abandoned buildings. Never felt unsafe but definitely caught us off guard on arrival.

Communication is very, very poor, never responded to a single message. If checking in/out on a Sunday or need assistance you need to take into consideration that they are closed on Sundays (I looked at all property details and didn’t see this but perhaps I missed it in initial notes). NO WiFi service over 2 nights we spent, and nobody responded to inquiries about such - nearby properties had strong signals and no issues. Also never received a response regarding transportation that we were trying to arrange (which is actually very walkable if you know where you’re going but it’s not made very clear how easy it is even with a suitcase). Morning breakfast was very nice, as was the location. Close to everything.

Let’s start with something positive: the apartment is in walking distance to the port and there was a seating situation outside. Plus there was breakfast in the morning. However, when we arrived the apartment was not very clean. There was still trash in the bathroom and kitchen from the previous guest, and the bathroom was not as clean as it should’ve been. You get a WhatsApp contact to text questions, wishes etc. however The communication also wasn’t the best. We always got an answer but the information did not reach the reception. We wanted breakfast on two days at a different time and that did not work at all. Also the food was not vegetarian even tough we requested it and were told that it was possible. So overall the stay was okay, but we expected more from the reviews and the price.

The property itself was well kept and very clean. The appliances all worked really well and I was pleased with the service from the owners son and staff. This hotel/apartment included complimentary breakfast which was delivered to guest every mourning, and at a time of your choice. I was really impressed by that. The airport is a 10 minutes drive, qbe walking into town takes about 10-15 minutes or less. I would highly recommend.

Un très bel accueil à notre arrivée. On est resté qu’une nuitée et on le regrette car on aurait pus découvrir d’avantage l’île. La dame de l’accueil nous a fait des recommandations afin de faciliter nos déplacements. Je recommande cet appartement pour plus d’une nuitée 0!

Hôtel très agréable, bien situé, avec un personnel dévoué et agréable. Petits déjeuners copieux servis à la chambre. Ils peuvent devenir un peu répétitif cependant et le café inclus est imbuvable. La chambre est d’une belle grandeur et confortable. Accès à un petit balcon où on peut prendre le petit déjeuner et l’apéritif. L’environnement est sécuritaire mais un peu ordinaire. Accès facile et rapide à la plage et à la zone animée. Aucune hésitation à recommander cet hôtel.
