"The property was great. Spacious and clean. Nice amenities. The man at the front desk had absolutely no customer service skills. He was very rude and made us feel unwelcome. He needs to be in a different line of work and also get some manners. "

"One person manning the bar and handling check-in. The poor girls were struggling. First was given a room eight across from the lifts which have a noisy chime when they open. The staff did change our room however the shower drain had a bad smell which permeated the room. Towels in the room were torn. Reception hung up the phone before even answering. Breakfast was hearty. Compliments to the chef on the scrambled eggs. Buttery and runny and well seasoned. Housekeeping was a let down, they changed the towels but left the rubbish and did not even clean the teacups. Overall way overpriced for an Express hotel. "

"Stayed for 2 nights with 2 kids.. great location..ocean view suite..room was clean and big enough for the kids and has all modern amenities..we were on level 1 and the balcony opens to ocean view.. unfortunately the roof of the bar under the balcony was being repaired so there were some privacy issues.. Only feedback the toilet seat was cheap plastic which squeaked a lot and we were worried of it will crack.. Bar and bistro under had good options and cheaper as well.lot of restaurants as well around though everything is expensive compared to a Sydney restaurant..if you get a ocean suite get on level 2 .."
