"Plenty of parking spaces. The check in was quick and we were given a nice room with 2 double beds. The ratio price/quality is amazing. The room was very clean and a pleasant surprise was the electric socket with USB A and C port that was truly delivering the stated 3 ampere, allowing our device to fast charge. "Staff on reception and cleaning lady were fantastic, two of the bar staff were not. The standard of food years ago wasn't very good, tried it again as the menu had changed and again still appalling.. found the peeling from onion mixed in with pulled pork, and the pulled pork was full of fat.. Sent it back and was given a madras as a replacement which was sent back again as it tasted like it come from a can, extremely bland and no heat at all.. very dissatisfied with the food since the Jamaican inn has been taken over by a chain.. Such a shame as the building and rooms are fantastic and in a good location."

"We had a pleasant stay-the room was clean and spacious, swimming pool, sauna and a restaurant were great too. Very friendly to families, highly recommend. "

"Facilities really are first rate, staff are very friendly and attentive. Lots of sporting activities available, on-site food is pretty decent, although we tried to make use of the self-catering facilities. Rooms are lovely, although soundproofing could be improved but generally other guests are thoughtful. My only area of improvement would be the cooking facilities within the apartments. They are very basic and missing some simple amenities such as a chopping board. But overall really can't fault it. This was our second visit. I'm sure they'll be a third."

"Would not stay again. Whilst the family room was fine, the bathroom extractor fan was deafening, and for a family room they only included 2 sets of towels and 2 mugs for the four of us. We went to use the pool, the main reason we booked the hotel, and were told they had run out of towels and we would have to go back to our room to get and use those towels. The pool and changing room was tired and shabby. But worst of all was the metal sheeting on the bottom of the pool, which had intermittent welds, and was sharp edges which I cut my toe on. The steam room was out of order and not usable. Also the TV didn't work in the room, there was no signal on any channel. We reported this, and it was fixed, but only a selection of channels were available and this did not include the 4 main terrestrial channels. All in all, pretty poor, and we had a better deal at Travelodge around the corner. A previous night (just no pool). Staff resolved most issues when raised. But didn't seem that bothered."
