1619 Pintail Lane - Newly remodeled pet friendly home

Recently remodeled home in Broadkill Beach.

Multiple living areas, large open kitchen with a wonderful dining area and outdoor decks galore! This home even has a backyard with seating for evening relaxation.

There are seven bedrooms on multiple levels throughout the house for a total sleeping of 12.

Pet Friendly with non-refundable fee and signed addendum.

All guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels or OPT in for our linen rental package.

Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO.

Family Beach Trip

The house was very nice and in great shape. Lots of room for everyone to spread out and a short walk to the beach. It's in a very quiet area that's also only a short drive to groceries and other necessities. Rehoboth is only a 30 minute drive as well.

Great House

The house is wonderful. We were 9 adults and 2 pre teens. The kitchen was well stocked with really everything we needed to prepare a Thanksgiving Day meal. The main floor had plenty of room for everyone to enjoy TV, games, talking and cooking. The fire pit was a wonderful asset and the beach a block away was beautiful. Plenty of room to find a quiet spot if needed. Thank you to the hosts for being so accommodating to our requests.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The staircase inside the home going up has a step that is longer than regulation step length. I tripped up it and fractured my foot. I would recommend it be fixed! However, we were over capacity and were allowed to stay. So that made up for the broken foot!
