We were 3 couples (siblings) who enjoyed this clean home, the views, easy parking, wonderful kitchen, pool table, hot tub, and trails nearby to get outside and enjoy! We would all recommend this home!

Nice stay and so close to The Greenery if you're planning to attend a wedding.

This home has everything needed to enjoy your stay. Well appointed appliances and plenty of space for your family. The yard was great as we had our dogs and was perfectly safe to let them out into a fenced in area. Would definitely recommend.

What a fantastic property.

The house was perfect for our adult family of six and one dogo. Each couple had a king size bed in their own bedroom. There was ample space to all be together or to find a quiet place to relax. We all definitely enjoyed the hot tup and the pool table. Would highly recommend!

Peaceful and Scenic

Milton, NH is described as peaceful and scenic; and it did not disappoint. The home sincerely was a gem in the middle of this they describe Milton. Gorgeous views, amazing amenities, great location for walks/hikes, fireplaces for those chilly spring evenings, bar and pool table to socialize with friends and family, top notch kitchen to chef up good food while you enjoy the pool, hot tub, and beautiful sunsets on the deck. Highly recommended and it’s a short drive from Boston to get some r&r.

We loved our stay. The home had everything we needed. The host was very responsive when I had questions prior to our stay. The property is beautiful and very, very clean. It was very quiet. Magical Christmas Getaway

Wow! This place was absolutely stunning. It was incredibly spacious and impeccably clean. The holiday decorations were simply breathtaking, creating a truly festive atmosphere. The folks managing the property go above and beyond and we're communicative and super helpful.The rooms and beds were all generously sized and incredibly comfortable. The house was also well-equipped with helpful technology, making our stay even more enjoyable. Amazing home, wonderful stay

This house was immaculate. High end appliances, everything you need for a comfortable stay. The backyard/pool was spacious, well maintained and fun! We loved sitting on the large deck playing cards and admiring the great view of the pond… we even saw a majestic bald eagle fly close by. Super comfortable beds. Ryan was an awesome host. Very responsive and thorough whenever I had questions. We would highly recommend this beautiful home to make lasting memories.

This place is great!

If you are looking for somewhere beautiful, quiet and relaxing, this is the place. Milton the town is lovely, this house is comfortable, we used the pool and the hot tub, we enjoyed evening meals on the back deck and breakfast at the dining table. Close to busier cities to get groceries and find activities but far enough out you are actually having a getaway. The guest contact Ryan was very accommodating, super quick to respond, we had a great time! I would recommend this place over and over.

Awesome home

This home is a must if you’re looking in the area. All high end appliances, furniture, beds and towels/linens. Built in pool was awesome for the grandkids and the hot tub for the adults. Great fenced in yard. Used the water access point to kayak. The contact was very quick to respond and supplied call the necessary information to make check in/out simple.

Great property.

This home has quality appliances and electronics. Exceptional grounds. Although we came in October it would be an incredible warm weather vacation rental. Keep in mind the bedrooms are upstairs. We have stayed in a lot of VRBO properties over the years this was one of our favorites.

Our stay was wonderful. The beds and linens were heavenly. We hated wasting time in bed but they were so comfy!! 99.5% positive with only 1 very minor issue. One is that every room in the house had an overwhlemingly powerful air freshener plug into the wall. We had to take them all outside and open up the house for some time before we could even go in. So be sure the let the host know if you have any sensitivity to smells. The view from the porch was beautiful.

What a beautiful location. Wonderful view from the house overlooking the pond. Short drive to anything you need, shopping/restaurants. Dog friendly and plenty of room for family/friends. The pond across the street was great for a little fishing and there are wonderful hiking trails at the end of the road. The pool and hot tub were a huge hit for my kids as well as the pool table. The property owner/or manager Ryan was very responsive by text to any questions and very friendly. The only negative would be the musty basement smell coming from the game room area, but it is a basement so that’s not completely unexpected. All in all it was a great stay and my family had a wonderful time.

Wonderful!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with three couples (parents and two sets of college-age children) - there was plenty of room for everyone to hang all together or to spread out into different areas of the house. The pool was a highlight, but there was plenty of space and things to do indoors even when the weather wasn't perfect. We had all the conveniences we needed, and the property is perfect for relaxing, playing games, outdoor meals, etc. The layout is a little odd, and it is worth noting that the primary bedroom is open to the living area via an open stairway, and all bedrooms sharing a small bathroom in the middle (doors from each side) - but it was all easily negotiated. There is also a very large bathroom on the main floor, and it was easy enough to use that one as well. The kitchen area is huge with lots of counter space. Everything was clean and fully ready for us when we arrived!
