Steps to the Beach. Pet-friendly cottage with a great view of the water!

  • Welcome to DelMarView! This beach cottage on Broadkill Beach, DE has just been freshly renovated. DelMarView is a cozy cottage with 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, along with an outdoor shower and accommodations for up to 6 comfortably.
    Enjoy beautiful bay views as you have a meal at the dining table or while sipping a cup of coffee out on the enclosed porch.

    The brand new kitchen is fully equipped for you to cook if you choose. In addition, there is a gas grill outside just next to the covered below-deck area. On the decking, there is a table and chairs to enjoy a meal or just hang out, soaking up the fresh breezy salt air.


    **Things to note**
    • Sheets and towels are NOT provided
    • The state of Delaware has issued a statewide plastic bag ban. Retail stores no longer offer plastic bags at checkout.
