Great staff and facilities. Asked for a quiet room to leave on an early flight. Had a room next to a family with a dog that barked all night.

I forgot something in the room and the staff had it saved for me and returned it only if I had my ID. Terrific service I’ve been to places where they would’ve said it’s gone you forgot it but 1 Hotel Toronto cares about their clientele

When asking about downtown Milton one male member of staff didn't know anything about it! Found it on our own, it was a lovely walk through a beautiful residential area, took us to Martin's pond and gazebo, a lot of history.Town and food authentic.
