Location, location, location! Enjoy this clean, natural light filled, stylish, and centrally-located duplex in one of the best locations in Milwaukee. Steps from breweries, restaurants and shops on historic Brady St, this private duplex is tucked away on a safe and quiet street with easy street parking. Chill under the backyard pergola or relax on the porch with great city views. A stylish oasis within the heart of Milwaukee's Lower East Side!
The space
Built in 1890 and renovated by Blair House Design, this stylish 1600 sq ft duplex is on a quiet street with free and easy parking. Only steps to the breweries, bars, restaurants and shops located on Brady (and 1 mile from Fiserv Forum as well as 1 mile from Lake Michigan). Sip your coffee from either of the front porches or relax in the back yard under the shaded pergola. This is a perfect stay for groups of friends or two families.
In this duplex there are 2 total bathrooms and 4 total bedrooms, with 3 king size beds and one queen size bed. There is also an additional pull out, queen size memory foam sofa bed in the same bedroom as another king size bed in the upstairs level. Each of the 2 units have their own separate entrance, each with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a kitchen, dining and living area. Walk a couple of steps out the back door of the lower level to get to the entrance of the upper level. It is possible for all 8 guests to gather together upstairs in a cozy setting with banquette seating for 8. Need space to work from home? There is high speed WiFi throughout the house. Streaming services on the flat panel TVs include Netflix, HBOmax and YouTube TV.
Relax outside with your group in the private, ivy covered patio area with seating for 8. Each unit also has its own front porch with patio furniture. There is an exterior flight of stairs up to the house (12 steps) to the lower unit entrance. The upstairs entrance is located in the back and has an interior flight of stairs (15 steps) to its unit. Walk outside of the back door of the lower unit a few steps to the entrance of the upper unit, making it easy to move between the units.

The perfect house
Annie's house was exactly what my family needed coming from out of state for our daughter's wedding. It is tastefully decorated and welcoming, making one feel at home. The beds are big and very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The house is conveniently located close to stores, downtown, breweries, and the freeway. Annie was easy to communicate with and very helpful in answering all our questions from when we booked to when we left.

What a Great Place to Stay!
My wife and I booked Blair House for us, our children and grandchildren for my son’s wedding. Could not have made a better choice: the duplex set-up allowed us to put the 2 year old granddaughter with her parents downstairs, while we took the 4 and 7 year old upstairs with us. Annie was a fantastic host - her high chair and legos played key roles in kid control, and her recommendations on local eateries were perfect! The neighborhood is quiet, but close to Brady St. and downtown is minutes away. Highly recommend Blair House!!
