Beautiful English Mansion, 1/4 mile from Lake and close to Arts & Entertainment
- Stately red brick English Mansion located on prestigious boulevard, blocks from Lake Michigan and Lake park. The formal rooms are adorned with beautiful plaster ceilings, handsome woodwork and hardwood floors. The third floor was recently finished into a large and open entertaining space with a full bathroom. Central air exists throughout. The property includes a large and private backyard. The basement has recently been renovated and remodeled into an open concept suite with a private patio and two bathrooms. Additionally, a 7 person hot tub was installed on the outdoor patio in January 2021.
