7 person hot tub with the best view in the city! This contemporary condo sits on a hill above the Milwaukee river & has a panoramic view of the city. It is a 10-15 minute walk to the North Ave, Brady St & the downtown areas.
The unit has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, 2 gas fireplaces, in-unit laundry, wifi, 2 flat screen tvs & huge 29x10 porch complete with patio furniture. Please contact me with any questions at all!

Main level has 2 bedrooms (each with a queen bed), full bath & office space. There is also a queen-sized memory foam sofa sleeper in the living room. This unit has a ton of charm with wood shutters & 2 gas fireplaces. The master bedroom (king bed) is lofted. Master bath has shower, soaking tub & laundry. Spacious 29x10 private patio to enjoy warm summer days & a stunning, panoramic view of the city skyline. Fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs, plenty of workspace & higher end stainless appliances.

Lavender Hill is a wonderful neighborhood with amazing views & the location is perfect for easy access to pretty much anywhere in the city.

There are many things to do within walking distance, there are also Bubblr bikes for rent near by. The Hop, the city's street car system, is free & the closest stop is about a 20 minute walk. Uber/Lyft are plentiful.
*Any events need to be cleared with the host prior to booking & there may be an extra charge.
*Because of the amazing view, the area does see some night time activity at our dead end. It's typically not disruptive, but there are often people around.
*Although completely updated, this is an older home & the sound barrier is not perfect. You may be able to hear the people downstairs from time to time and they may be able to hear you. Additionally, to be respectful of the people downstairs, we don’t allow loud or late night partying. If you are coming to Milwaukee to party like a rockstar, there is plenty of opportunity, but you should book a hotel-rockstars definitely stay at hotels. Thanks for being courteous!

-No tampering with devices, internet or exterior cameras
-You are welcome to use the charcoal grill outside. We do not provide charcoal or lighter fluid, but if other guests have left some behind, you are welcome to use it. Please make sure someone is monitoring the grill at all times when in use. ***If you use the grill, you are responsible for cleaning it

Hot tub Information & Rules
Please note, it is mandatory that you read this information prior to using the hot tub.

-Hot tub can be used from 8am-10pm
-Pregnant women, persons with heart disease, diabetes or high blood pressure problems & elderly people should not use a hot tub or spa without doctor's permission.
-We do not advise young children to use the hot tub. In the event that you allow a minor to use the hot tub, they must be supervised at all times.
-The hot tub PH has been tested within 24 hours of your stay & is at a safe level.
-The device in the hot tub is time released chlorine. Please do not remove it from the hot tub. Removing this device could result in the water reaching an unsafe PH level.
-By law, the hot tub temperature cannot exceed 104 degrees. The temperature has been set to 100 degrees.
-The recommended maximum time limit in the hot tub is 15 minutes.
-No use of alcohol while in the hot tub. The high water temperature in a hot tub will accelerate drowsiness if a person has consumed alcohol or is taking drugs, increasing the risk of drowning.
-Swimsuits should be rinsed with water prior to use (laundry detergent will offset the PH of the water)
-Use a shock treatment container after each use of the hot tub
-If any items such as soaps, bath products, food, alcohol, etc. are found in the tub, the renter will be charged a cleaning fee of $100 as the tub needs to be emptied & cleaned.
-Absolutely no glass in or around the hot tub. There is a $200 fee to professionally clean & remove broken glass.
-Cover shall remain on hot tub at all times when not in use
-It is normal to see white particles in the water which is the bromide sanitizing.

The guest further agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless host and/or owner, and employees from any and all claims, damages liabilities, or losses whatsoever arising out of or in any way associated with the renters use of the tub, including but not limited to death, personal injury, or property damage.
