We had a great room with two queen beds and a sofa. The hotel was very clean, and there was a really nice breakfast.

Please share where you see that parking is free for an week with your stay! There is no such mention of this on any website. Only the night(s) of your stay is parking complimentary.

The check in process was miserable. The staff were not happy to be employed. They do not offer airport shuttle like the booking said. They do offer it for a fee if you book from their website but not if you book through Expedia. The room smelled like urine really bad like someone pissed all over the room just before we got in there. Over all I would recommend looking somewhere else and not stay at this place.

Your information seems a little misconstrued. I believe you are referring to extended parking, which is not included through any 3rd party website. This appears to be the reason behind the exaggerated negative feedback in other areas. I'm sorry that you did not read your iteniary thoroghly when booking. Best of luck when booking reservations in the future.

Staff was friendly and breakfast decent. Didnt like the parking situation. Nowhere did it mention online you had to buy a special package for park and fly. They were then all sold out of those packages. They recommmended parking down the street. We just decided to park at the airport rather than deal with the shuttle. Could be more clear. Was the only reason we stayed at the hotel. Also- room was decent but had blood? on the wall.

In regards to the parking situation please share where it mentions that extended parking is included with your stay. Only the night(s) of your stay is parking included with any standard reservation such as the one you booked. Also, the packages are not included on any 3rd party website, only through Hyatt directly. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Both of the courtesy shuttle drivers I encountered were very courteous, professional and prompt. I enjoyed my stay here at this hotel. Thank You!

I was charged for food from their restaurant that I did not purchase. I tried to dispute it but they provided my card servicer with a receipt for a purchase I did not make. Either they accidentally put someone else's meal on my room or an employee got a free meal. I am very upset.

We stayed a friday and Saturday. On friday there was no parking. You had to park on the street and call the local police to get a permit for it. There was no hot water friday night.

Breakfast was superb....and thanked the cook. Desk attendants seemed a little bland....but helpful and attentive. Enjoyed my stay immensely and looking forward to visiting again soon.

We had a king suite. It was a room designed for wheel chair accessibility as such there was no higher place to hang clothes so they would not drag on the floor. The bathroom had no place to put your stuff in a table, counter or shelf. The bathtub/shower was small with a hand held shower head and low water pressure uncomfortable for my 6 ft habis. My wife liked the bathtub she is 5 ft.

We stayed there for 4 days. On the 2nd day, as we walked towards our room the strong smell of marijuana throughout the hallway was very strong. The smell continued all weekend long. Overall, great hotel.
